Return Process

Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for your hardware or software license.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic components in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our inspection facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware or the deactivation of the digital license, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
